RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Before you return a jewelry product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.
Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans from various parts of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other.
Each product is exquisitely handmade with immense care, and go through thorough quality check before being shipped out.
However, if you want help, we are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss free and enjoyable as much as possible! Bawri Banjari Jewels does not accept returns and do not offer any refunds, we only offer exchange.
Please read through the following T&C prior to make a purchase.
For exchange due to damage/complaints:
* An unedited parcel opening video is a strict mandatory requirement for any complaints.
* If your order is damaged in transit or you received an incorrect product. You may exchange them for the same product or any other product of your choice, given that it is returned exactly way you received (unworn and with original packaging).
* Kindly keep the product packed with original box packaging, our courier representative will pick it up from your address. Once the returned product will reach our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement item.
* Kindly note, this process might take longer time than the usual. To make it faster, you can ship back the product with original box packaging to us. The shipping charges of upto ₹110 borne by you, will be credited to you after receiving the parcel.
For exchange due to reasons other than damages:
We put all our efforts to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, it may appear slightly differently due to different screen resolution of gadgets.
Please check the product details i.e. dimensions of the product, model wearing pictures etc. So you can get a thorough idea before making the purchase.
If you still want to exchange for reasons like heavy weight, colour, size issue, you can send us back the product or we can arrange a reverse pick up.
* For such exchange, customer needs to bear pick up and re-shipping charge of Rs. 100, applicable all over India.
How to raise an exchange request:
* Mail us on mail.jaintraders@gmail.com by mentioning the order number, along with product picture and your concerns within 3 days of delivery.
* The concern team will take up your queries within 24 to 48 hours. Kindly be patient.
* Once the item will reach to us, replacement product will be shipped within 3 working days.
Important points to note:
* We offer a 3 day period to exchange an item.
* We will not be liable for any exchanges not notified within 3 days of delivery.
* Exchange/Return not available for international orders.
* Exchange product may take longer time than usual time to ship.
* All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
* Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
* A product can be exchanged once through the course of an order.
